We are all familiar with stir-fry – but the use of smoked fish like trout is unusual – it works exceptionally well here, adding an extra layer to the already complex, yet clean and fresh flavours of Asia.
Trout is low in both fat and calories, with high levels of A and B Vitamins, calcium, selenium and the vital Omega-3. Trout is also quick and easy to cook, as well as being very versatile.
